We are accepting vendor applications for our Egg Hunt! Last year we had over 2,600 people on campus during this event. If you are a vendor who sells homemade goods or provides a service, please apply here!

FAQs

• Can I attend even if I do not regularly attend CCV?

  Of course! This event is open to our community, and we would love to have you!

• Will this event be held rain or shine?

  In case of rain or inclement weather, we will be canceling this event and it will NOT be rescheduled. Please check back if there is any question about the weather (Facebook and Instagram will be the best place to stay updated if the event is canceled – you can find us @CCVValleyKids).

• Does this event cost money?

  Our Community Egg Hunt is a completely free event, including character photos, yard games, face painting, petting zoo, and more! Please note, food will be available for purchase from the food truck vendors, so be sure to bring some cash and/or credit cards if you’d like to buy food (please note, some of the vendors are cash only).

• Is this event handicap accessible?

  Yes, many of our activities will take place on blacktop in our parking lot, and our restrooms are also handicap accessible. Please note, some activities, including our egg hunts, will take place in a grassy field.

• I have a child with sensory/special needs – will they be able to participate?

  Yes, all are welcome! Our sensory/special needs hunts take place in our Valley Kids auditorium. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please reach out to Melissa (melissaf@ccvlive.com).

• Can I bring my stroller or wagon?

  Absolutely! This event will be held outside, and you are welcome to bring a stroller or wagon. Our Egg Hunts will be set up in a grassy field, so please plan accordingly!

• Will there be food available for purchase?

  Yes! There will be food trucks (Kona Ice and Brick & Blaze Pizza), along with a hospitality table where you can grab coffee, water, or a snack for a small donation.

• Do you have security on the premises?

  A trained security team is present at all of our special events. Staff and volunteers are trained and provided with communication tools (i.e. walkie talkies, keys, first aid supplies, etc.) for appropriate implementation for emergency use.

• We can’t wait to see photos from the event! Where can we find them?

  We will have professional photographers capturing our entire event, and those photos will be shared on our Facebook page (CCVValleyKids) soon after the event (usually within 24-48 hours! Please be sure to follow all of our social media accounts to see all of the amazing photos that will be shared from our event! You can find us @CCVValleyKids across all social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest).

• My family had a great time at the Egg Hunt and can’t wait to come back to CCV! What time are your services on Sunday?

  We would LOVE to welcome your family on Sunday! Our Sunday services are at 9am and 10:30am. Our children’s programs (birth thru 5th grade) meet at the same times in our Valley Kids building. Check out more information here!
