Our team

Melissa Flora

Children's Pastor

I have served in children's ministry since 2004, and I love helping kids grow in their faith and know they are deeply loved by Jesus. I'm a Philly-area native, a lover of soft pretzels, family travel, and the Philadelphia Eagles. I met my husband in the fifth grade. He had a bowl cut and I had giant bangs, and it was love at first sight! We have two creative, intelligent, and beautiful daughters, and we feel so blessed to live just minutes from our family and closest friends. I cannot wait to see you around CCV!

Tiffany Granozio

Early Childhood Area Leader

I serve as the Early Childhood Area Leader for Valley Kids and as a Lead Teacher for Providence Christian Preschool, both part of CCV. I am honored to be part of God's kingdom work each day. Serving children is more than a role. It is a calling. Outside of ministry and teaching, I am a proud mom to two teenage boys whom I love dearly. You can also find me cheering on the Eagles, enjoying a Starbucks coffee, listening to music, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Clementine McGarvey

Elementary Area Leader

My family and I have called CCV home since 2015, and I am so thankful to serve as the Valley Kids Elementary Area Leader. One of my greatest passions is creating a place where kids can have fun, build friendships, and learn how much Jesus loves them. When I am not hanging out in Valley Kids, you can usually find me keeping up with our five kids, taking care of our many animals, or spending time with family and friends. Life in our house is busy, chaotic, and full of laughter, just the way we like it!

I serve as the Administrative Assistant to Melissa Flora, our Children's Pastor. I love playing a role in our Children's Ministry, even if it is usually behind the scenes. Outside of Valley Kids, I am proud to be called "Mom" by four amazing kids, all of whom went through the Valley Kids program and are now active in both Six78 and HSM. My husband and I have been together since 2006, and we enjoy cheering on our kids, whether it's on the baseball and softball fields, on stage, or celebrating any of their other accomplishments. I'm so happy to meet you!

Lisa Jones

Pastor of Adult Ministries

In 2000, my husband Brian and I moved to the Philadelphia area to start CCV, and it has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives. I have the joy of leading our Adult Ministries team and am passionate about helping people connect with Christ and with one another. When I am not at church, you will likely find me walking the trails with my golden retriever, reading a good book, traveling to visit family, or exploring a new corner of the world. But no matter where I go, I am always happy to come home and enjoy a cup of Wawa coffee. I cannot wait to get to know you and see you around CCV!

Christian Hicks

Director of Pastoral Care

I serve as the Director of Pastoral Care and love helping people on their journey of faith in Jesus. As a Philly native, my wife, our two kids, and I have called CCV home since 2019. Outside of CCV, I serve as the Director of Enrollment at a local university, enjoy watching all Philadelphia sports teams, and love conversations that range from the Gospel to finding the best cheesecake in town.

Candace Scarpulla

Associate Director of Adult Ministries

I serve as the Associate Director of Adult Ministries at CCV and have been attending since 2003. My passion is seeing people grow in their faith, and it is both my privilege and honor to serve this community in ways that help bring us all closer to the love of Jesus. I enjoy studying the Bible, spending time with my family, and going on walks. Although I am a California native, I now consider the Philadelphia area home, where I live with my husband and our three young adult children.

Robin Wunder

Finance Manager

I’ve been part of CCV since 2011. As Finance Manager, I help make giving simple for our church family and care for the finances that support CCV’s ministry. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and kids and traveling with friends.
