Privacy
This page explains what information ccvlive.com collects when you visit, and how we use it. We try to collect as little as possible.
When you browse
Our website doesn't use its own analytics or tracking cookies.
Like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
Forms and sign-ups
When you plan a visit, you’re using a form hosted by Text In Church, which we use to welcome new guests. When you join a group, register for an event, volunteer, or ask for prayer or care, you’re using a form hosted by Church Community Builder, our church management system, or in a few cases by Formstack or Jotform.
What you enter goes to CCV’s staff through those services. We use it only to follow up with you about what you asked for.
Giving
Online giving is handled by Pushpay. CCV never sees or stores your card or bank account details.
Advertising
Two pages, New to CCV and Plan your visit, use the Meta Pixel. It lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tell us when someone who saw one of our ads visits those pages or taps Plan your visit, so we can see whether our ads help people find us. Meta may use cookies to do this.
You can manage ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Videos, music and maps
Sermon videos load from YouTube only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Some pages also include embedded videos, a music player or a map. Those services may set their own cookies when they load.
If you email us, we'll use your address to reply. We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Children
Our website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children online.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
