Food Drive for Operation 143
Help Operation 143 in their mission to end childhood hunger by bringing food donations with you to church on September 21 & 28! Childhood poverty is in all of our communities. Food insecurity affects students at your child’s school. Children just like yours depend on free meals during the school day, and Operation 143 sends them home with backpacks full of easy to prepare food to bridge the gap of the weekend, along with an encouraging faith-based message of hope. We will be collecting the following food items:
Tuna-To-Go (ex. StarKist Lunch to Go)
Complete Meals (ex. Hormel)
Mac & Cheese (ex. Chef Boyardee)
Spaghettios/Ravioli (ex. Chef Boyardee)
Chicken & Beef Soups (ex. Campbells)
Fruit Cups/Applesauce (ex. Doles Fruit)
Granola Bars/Fruit Bars (ex. Quaker Chewy Bars)
Pop-Tarts (ex. Kellogg's)
Cereal (single serve) (ex. Kellogg's/ General Mills)
Non-refrigerated Milk (ex. Hershey's Horizon or Giant)
Variety Snack Packs (ex. Goldfish, Cheez-its, Crackers)
Fruit Snacks (ex. Welch's Kellogg's)
Water (ex. Store brand [12 pack])
Juice Boxes (ex. CapriSun, HiC, Juicy Juice)
Pudding (ex. Jello Pudding)
