Faith in action.
We believe the church is most alive when it's serving. At CCV, we partner with organizations in our community to be the hands and feet of Jesus, right here in Montgomery County and beyond.
Serve with us.
Throughout the year we organize service opportunities for our church family to get involved together. Whether you have a few hours or want to go deeper with a long-term partner, there's a place for you.
Organizations we stand behind.
The gospel calls us to action. These are the organizations we partner with: experts in their fields who make a greater difference when we stand alongside them.
Liberty Ministries
Established in 1980 to serve the inmate populations of numerous state and county correctional facilities throughout Pennsylvania. Liberty Ministries has positively impacted thousands of men and women with biblical teaching, substance abuse recovery, and the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. Over 160 volunteers visit correctional facilities monthly to teach, mentor, and prepare men and women for life outside of prison.
Project Outreach
Founded in 1983, Project Outreach was organized by local pastors and laypersons to feed and serve those in need in the Spring-Ford area. Two weekly food distribution sites operate in Royersford and Spring City, supported by 25 area churches. Project Outreach has expanded over the years to include many additional programs that aid residents in crisis.
Operation 143
Operation 143 works with donors, community partners, and schools to provide students in over 30 schools with meals on the weekends. Childhood food insecurity is real in our communities. Operation 143 sends kids home with backpacks full of easy-to-prepare food to bridge the gap from Friday through Sunday.
Fostering Hope
Fostering Hope provides an exchange of resources for families willing to become foster families. They believe it takes a village to raise a child, especially someone else's child, even temporarily. They work to support and equip foster families throughout the process.
Genesis Women Clinic
Genesis provides confidential advocacy to women facing an unplanned pregnancy. Their staff offers information, resources, material assistance, and emotional support to mothers in need, addressing concerns with compassion and care.
Project Purpose
Project Purpose shares with low-income students and families in Pottstown the unique purpose God has for their lives, through educational resources and mentoring relationships.
Good Samaritan Services
Good Samaritan Services gives immediate help to people experiencing homelessness and supports those at risk of becoming homeless, restoring stability to their lives by engaging the broader community.
A Baby's Breath
A Baby's Breath houses pregnant women in need of housing. Residents live rent-free and are provided with supplies during their stay. CCV supports this ministry monthly. Contact abbphoenixvillecpc@gmail.com if you'd like to provide a meal for 2–4 women.
