CCV Care Team

The CCV Care Team comes alongside individuals and families during times of illness, loss, and life challenges.

Some ways the Care Team may serve include hospital visits, delivering meals, calls or visits for seniors and shut-ins, writing cards or notes for those who are sick or grieving, sending Scripture-based encouragement texts or calls, praying with patients or families when invited, helping with occasional transportation needs, and offering ongoing support through intentional check-ins beyond the week of a funeral.
